Advertising and Promotion Executive/Social Media Marketing

The employee shall report to the Assistant General Manager and Marketing Director and do the following:

prepare the brief for creative
brief designer/s
ensure creative is installed or uploaded
send results of the campaign to Marketing Director

Senior Beauty Therapist

The Employee shall serve the Company as SENIOR BEAUTY THERAPIST doing NAILS, ALL FORMS OF WAXING, SPRAY TAN and Intense pulsed light (IPL) hair removal, or such other role as the Employer may require from time to time having regard to the needs of the business and the Employee's skills, qualifications and experience

SALON THERAPIST
Nails and Waxing Therapist & Semi Permanent Make up Artist

The Employee shall serve the Company as SALON THERAPIST or such other role as the Employer may require from time to time having regard to the needs of the business and the Employee's skills, qualifications and experience.

The Employee shall perform treatments: All Forms of Waxing, Manicures, and Pedicures, Spray Tan, IPL Basic etc.

Maintain minimum sales of 8x your basic salary.
You shall report directly to the Singapore Shop Manager.
Undertaking treatments booked for you regardless of whether they are new or package clients
You must call and ensure you book three clients for yourself daily via telephone call
Look after guest welfare
Ensure you learn and execute all treatments requested of you by management
Promote the sales of products and services within the parlour
To achieve sales target given by the management
Participate in ongoing training within or outside the parlour
Initiate CRM programs to ensure client loyalty
Accountable for daily cash tally and transactions. If money is short you will be held liable together with persons/s who have touched the till or are on duty for that day
Ensure the standards of service and facilities are met at all times
To answer customer complaints and improve service or treatment standards
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness at all times in all areas
Other duties as required by management

Apprentice

The Employee shall serve the Company as SALON JUNIOR THERAPIST doing Nails and Waxing, or such other role as the Employer may require from time to time having regard to the needs of the business and the Employee's skills, qualifications and experience

Video and Web Editor

Responsible for taking the raw footage shot by a film crew and director and turning it into the final product, following an outline, script or shot list and assembling the footage into one cohesive video or film, reviewing all the footage and create the best output by cutting and connecting various footage, adding sound effects and graphics and fine-tuning the completed video or film.

Graphic Design Artist

Responsible for visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. Moreover, studying design briefs, scheduling projects, preparing rough drafts, and ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand are also some of the responsibilities.

Marketing Officer

Responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the company. Oversees the marketing department and provides direction and feedback on major projects. Makes key decisions regarding product distribution, budgeting, branding, and sales. Works with other company officers to set the overall direction and objectives for product and service offerings.
